- JARVIS orchestrates specialised agents: Grim for calendar and time blocking, Murphy for tasks, ForeverBrain for long-term memory.
- Node.js and Express backend with OpenAI and Gemini models, Google Calendar integration and Supabase for storage.
- Telegram bot as the main interface, plus webhooks that connect FatCat Pomodoro and other devices.
- Self-hosted on my own VPS with nginx, pm2 and Let’s Encrypt, tested with a Jest suite.
